  • A copy of the bill of lading or other documents confirming the actual cost of cargo;
  • A copy of the certificate or rejection letter;
  • Invoice.

Private person

  • Signed a contract for the provision of freight forwarding services;
  • An application for shipment from a private person;
  • A description with a list and cost of cargo;
  • Documents certifying the actual cost of cargo;
  • Passport.

How much will cost freight delivery?

What does CMR and TIR mean?

TIR — system of international transportaion of cargo, working on the basis of the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets. Companies specializing in international cargo transportation and  members of the association, use the customs documents, called the TIR Carnet.

TIR guarantee is required in all countries — EU members, as well as Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Serbia and Moldova.

CMR — international waybill. CMR is necessary for cargoes crossing state borders. CMR waybill is a document confirming the existence of the agreement under which the carrier is obliged to deliver the goods from the sender to the recipient.
